When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days unless you order a Pre-Order item your order may take up to 14 days to ship.

I Will Like to Purchase an Item that is Marked Sold Out?

Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your size. There will be a link "notify me when product is available" click on it and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email.

What is Your Return Policy?

View Return Policy here . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Upon receipt of your package, store credit will be processed within 3-4 Business Days. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.

Do you Ship International?

Yes, Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

I will like to Edit or Cancel my Order. How do I do this?

Orders can only be canceled or edited if they have not been processed. Most orders begin processing within 3 hours of purchase. Please reach out to customer support at support@ninthandmaple.com to see if your order can still be edited or canceled. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is processed you will receive your tracking number via email or text depending on the contact method that was entered at checkout.  You can also Track your order here
