We use a different shipping services to deliver packages both within the United States and internationally. Your order will ship within 2-3 business days after your payment has been verified and processed, excluding weekends and holidays.
All purchases are processed and sent within 3 - 4 business days. You will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number once your product has been sent.
International shipping charges vary depending on the package's location and weight. Your total shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your purchased items.
Please keep in mind that all estimated shipping time frames are from the time the order is mailed. If your item cannot be delivered for any reason and must be returned to the store, you will be given a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please double-check your mailing address. You will be required to cover the cost of shipping and handling if you request that your product be reshipped.

In the event that you request your order to be shipped there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered.
