RETURNS

RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request here. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for return. 

Return period is extended to 14 days during the holiday period (Month of December ONLY)

We will inspect your returned item(s) for faults and/or signs of wear once we receive it. We have the right to refuse your return if the item has been worn, scented or damaged.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all returns.

20% of sale will be deducted from store credit for items that we determine cannot be resold. We may make such a determination based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it is returned to us

You will be emailed store credit information once we have established that your item is in good condition. Please wait up to 7 business days for the processing and finalization of your return. We cannot promise that your return will be handled the same day it is received due to the high amount of orders we receive every day. Once your things have been inspected, we will send you an email with a shop credit that you may use on future purchases.

All jewelry purchase are final and cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Bodysuits

  • Worn items

  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.

  • Shipping fees

  • Sample Sale items are final 

How To Make A Return

To return your product, Click here to initiate return.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of items purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please pack unworn products in their original packaging and include your original packing slip when returning your merchandise.
If you can't find your packing slip, a printout of your order confirmation email will suffice. We will be unable to process your return without this information.

Exchange

  • You have 7 days from the date your order ships to exchange your item(s) for a new item(s).
  • Exchange item(s) must be received within 14 days of Exchange Request
  • Exchanges are currently unavailable for international orders
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. 
  • Discount and coupon codes cannot be used on exchanges

Ordered on Facebook OR Instagram? 

  • Please use the order number on the packing slip when initiating a return

Refunds

Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. Ninth and Maple does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

In the case that your order is returned to us as undeliverable, a 15% restocking fee will be applied from your refund. If we grant a refund, the restocking charge and shipping costs will be deducted.
